  • 1 serving of Strawberry Banana Pre/Post Workout Formula & Meal Replacement
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • Ice cubes (optional) 

DIRECTIONS: 

Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into your favorite glass, and enjoy!
